How engagements work

Know the work, responsibilities, cost, and review path before the project starts.

The process is designed to prevent unplanned work, protect both parties, and make every step from proposal to final deliverable easy to understand.

1 Define the work

We document the problem, decision owner, deliverables, required inputs, exclusions, timeline, review rounds, and success measures.

2 Approve the proposal

The client signs the services agreement and project-specific statement of work. A 50% deposit reserves the project unless the proposal states otherwise.

3 Transfer approved data

Only the minimum necessary, deidentified information is accepted through an approved method. Protected health information is not accepted unless a separate written arrangement and required safeguards are in place.

4 Review and deliver

AssayIQ completes the agreed work, documents limitations, and sends draft materials for qualified client review and approval.

What the agreement covers

Each engagement uses a master consulting agreement plus a project-specific statement of work. The signed documents, not this webpage, control the engagement.

Before the first client signs, local counsel should confirm the legal entity name, governing law, liability cap, indemnity, insurance, tax treatment, and healthcare privacy obligations.
