This page describes the current demonstration site. It is not a substitute for a client-specific privacy, security, or business associate agreement.
Website and contact data
The site does not create client accounts or intentionally store report-studio entries. The report-studio demonstration performs calculations in the browser. Consultation form entries are submitted to AssayIQ and stored in a private inquiry inbox for review and response. Include only business and operational information.
No protected health information
Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, accession numbers, dates of birth, addresses, clinical narratives, or other protected health information through this site or ordinary email. Use only synthetic or organization-approved deidentified data in the demonstration.
Client engagements
A signed agreement will define approved transfer methods, access, retention, return or destruction, incident responsibilities, and any additional safeguards. If services require AssayIQ to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, the parties will determine whether a separate business associate agreement is required before access begins.
Payments
This demonstration site does not collect card or bank information. Payment instructions will appear on an approved invoice or through a contracted payment provider after an agreement is signed.
