Guided study setup
Instrument and assay selections stay linked. The laboratory confirms the current IFU, study protocol and local limits before interpretation.
Private pilot
AssayIQ Local Lab Edition turns structured chemistry validation data into consistent calculations, visual analysis and review-ready reports on Windows and macOS. The production application stays private and is installed only for licensed pilot laboratories.
Local by design
Laboratories can use the public demonstration to evaluate the workflow. Licensed users receive a separate desktop application with local report export, controlled configuration and implementation support. Patient identifiers are not required for validation analysis.
Phase 1 release scope
The pilot moves the working engine beyond Excel while preserving transparent calculations, visible criteria and qualified review. The shared catalog includes all 70 quantitative CLIA routine chemistry, endocrinology and toxicology entries, grouped across chemistry, immunoassay and integrated instrument configurations. Manufacturer availability and ranges require local IFU confirmation; specialized methods have separate configurations.
Instrument and assay selections stay linked. The laboratory confirms the current IFU, study protocol and local limits before interpretation.
Study files remain on the laboratory computer or approved local network location. The pilot does not require routine cloud upload.
Generate a consistent report with study inputs, calculations, acceptance criteria, charts, findings and approval fields.
Required fields, version details and review checkpoints reduce missing documentation without replacing technical judgment.
Product modules
Available modules are labeled separately from professional services so laboratories can see what the software currently performs and what requires a managed engagement.
Assigned-versus-observed results, AMR coverage, regression, bias, recovery, charts and controlled approval fields.
Test this workflowComparator and candidate results with OLS, Deming, bias review, clinical interval context and documented exclusions.
Test this workflowA coordinated package that keeps the linearity dataset and patient-sample comparison dataset separate and traceable.
Test this workflowPreview corrected dilution results, replicate summaries and an attached worksheet. The shared web/local calculation module is a pilot, not independently validated production software. Managed studies are scoped separately.
Test the EMI pilotWhy laboratories invest
You are paying for the system around the result: guided setup, laboratory-specific controls, consistent analysis, controlled reporting, local ownership, implementation and ongoing support. A lower-cost statistics package may calculate slope and bias, but the laboratory can still be left to design and maintain the rest of the validation process.
AssayIQ connects the instrument, assay, manufacturer range, acceptance criteria, study data, analysis and approvals in one guided process.
Results, charts, criteria, findings, limitations and signature fields are organized into a consistent review-ready package.
The licensed application runs on approved Windows and macOS computers, allowing the laboratory to retain study files within its own environment.
The laboratory receives configuration, report branding, user setup, training and an implementation verification checklist, not simply a license key.
Reusable workflows and controlled updates reduce the need to rebuild formulas, charts, report language and approval sections for every assay.
Maintenance covers routine releases, supported assay-library updates, issue resolution and an annual configuration review.
A cheaper product can be the right choice for a statistician who only needs calculations. AssayIQ is designed for laboratories that want a repeatable validation process and a director-ready record without building the operating system themselves.
Private-pilot pricing
Public pricing provides a planning baseline. A final proposal defines the number of users, workstations, sites, instrument configurations, training and any requested integrations.
One laboratory site, up to three named users and two activated computers. Includes the current Phase 1 chemistry modules.
Configuration, report branding, user setup, remote training and an implementation verification checklist.
Routine software updates, supported assay-library releases, issue resolution and annual configuration review.
Year-one maintenance is included. Multi-site licensing, custom interfaces, data migration, onsite work and accelerated assay-library development are quoted separately.
Separate custom product
AssayIQ can develop a dedicated local validation application for an unlisted analyzer, specialty platform or defined testing program. This is a ground-up software engagement, not simply the addition of an instrument name to a menu.
Request a custom-build assessmentDefine the instrument, assay menu, study types, users, operating environment, report requirements and any approved data-import needs.
Build the controlled library from current manufacturer documents supplied or approved by the client, including methods, units, analytical ranges and required confirmation steps.
Configure appropriate statistics, acceptance-rule capture, charts, findings, limitations and organization-specific review and approval fields.
Complete calculation checks, user-acceptance testing, installation, training and an implementation evidence package for the laboratory's own approval process.
Custom means controlled. Final scope and pricing depend on the number of assays, method complexity, data interfaces, report requirements, sites and support level. The client remains responsible for confirming current manufacturer claims and approving intended use.
Public demo versus licensed software
Each laboratory remains responsible for validating the software in its environment, approving protocols and acceptance criteria, confirming current manufacturer claims, protecting data, reviewing calculations and authorizing final use. AssayIQ provides implementation evidence and training to support that process.
