Frequently asked

Clear boundaries before work begins.

Can AssayIQ replace our vendor?

No. AssayIQ can coordinate the technical workstream, structure questions and evidence, analyze agreed studies, and keep issues moving while the vendor and authorized laboratory leadership retain their responsibilities.

Can you complete an assay rollout from start to finish?

Within an agreed scope, AssayIQ can support the study plan, required validation or verification work, quality control setup, interference studies, documentation, issue tracking, training needs, and final handoff. Authorized laboratory leaders retain final approval.

Can we send patient data through this form?

No. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers through the website or ordinary email. Any engagement requiring PHI begins only after roles, safeguards, transfer methods, and any required Business Associate Agreement are documented.

How are projects priced?

Small defined reviews begin with fixed launch pricing. Complex validations, implementation work, recurring support, and multi-site programs are quoted from the agreed scope, data readiness, turnaround, and deliverables.

Do you guarantee cost savings?

No. AssayIQ develops transparent opportunity estimates and implementation options using agreed data and assumptions. Client finance, procurement, operational, quality, and clinical leaders validate the model and approve any action. Realized results depend on implementation and are not guaranteed.

Who owns the final decision?

The client does. AssayIQ provides consulting, analysis, documentation, and implementation support; authorized client leadership retains technical, clinical, regulatory, and operational approval.

What if we are not sure what service we need?

Describe the delay, recurring problem, inspection concern, or decision your team cannot close. AssayIQ can convert that into a scoped discovery conversation without forcing you to diagnose the solution first.
