Quality Partner service

Keep quality work moving between inspections.

The AssayIQ Laboratory Quality and Readiness Program gives directors and managers a defined review schedule, organized evidence, and a visible route from recurring problems to verified corrective action. Available for one laboratory or as a workstream in a corporate program.

When to call

Problems this engagement can address

  • Procedures, records, and actual bench practice do not consistently match.
  • Competency records or supporting evidence are difficult to retrieve.
  • Completed PT, QC, or instrument-comparison issues recur without effective closure.
  • Site leaders need a concise way to explain risks and resource needs to corporate leadership.

What you receive

Review-ready deliverables

  • Initial review of the agreed records and a prioritized gap register.
  • An evidence map linking each finding to its source, site, owner, and review status.
  • Corrective-action plans with effectiveness checks and director decision points.
  • Monthly director summary and agreed annual evidence package.

Approach

Clear work, review points, and decision ownership.

  1. 01Confirm departments, review standards, records, workload limits, and authorized decision owners.
  2. 02Assess the available evidence and agree the initial priorities with the laboratory.
  3. 03Review the scoped queue each month and track actions, dependencies, and effectiveness.
  4. 04Present unresolved risks and resource decisions to local leaders and, where contracted, corporate sponsors.

What the laboratory provides

A named coordinator, access to approved non-PHI records, current client-authorized checklists and local policies, qualified assessors for required observations, and timely leadership decisions. Initial scope covers specified systems and records, not every laboratory activity.

What managers receive

A recurring review queue, agreed due dates, evidence references, overdue-action status, and a concise decision memo. A signed statement of work sets turnaround targets, review volumes, meetings, escalation, and revision limits. Support is scheduled; this is not a 24-hour emergency service.

Pricing and setup

Quality Partner starts at $2,500/month for a defined single-laboratory scope. Onboarding, historical backlog cleanup, onsite work, additional studies, and corporate coordination are quoted separately. Corporate participation uses an agreed site schedule, not automatic unlimited coverage.

How improvement is measured

Establish baseline measures for overdue actions, repeat failures, evidence retrieval time, and rework. Review quality safeguards alongside time and cost. A closed action requires agreed evidence of effectiveness, not a completed checkbox.

Scope and professional boundaries

AssayIQ does not accredit laboratories or guarantee inspection outcomes. Authorized laboratory leaders retain approval and qualified client assessors perform required competency observations. PT support concerns completed-event review and approved follow-up; AssayIQ does not perform an active PT challenge or provide answers for submission. No PHI is accepted through the public form or ordinary email.

Discuss the priority

Start with the problem, deadline, and desired deliverable.

We will determine whether a focused AssayIQ scope is a practical fit. Do not send protected health information through the public form or ordinary email.
